Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Colombian Foreign Minister

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, met today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, María Ángela Holguín, to discuss issues on the regional agenda, including advances in the preparation of the report on the drug problem in the Americas, the dialogue on the peace process in Colombia, and the holding of the next Seventh Summit of the Americas in Panama.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Holguín thanked the OAS for the support it has provided in the areas of security, human rights and democracy in the region.
For his part, Secretary General Insulza spoke about the progress made in strengthening the Inter-American Human Rights System, a process currently being discussed by the OAS Permanent Council.
During her visit to the OAS headquarters in Washington DC, the Colombian diplomat participated in the ceremony to mark the transfer of the chair of the Summits of the Americas process to Panama, which will host the meeting in 2015. In 2012, the Colombian city of Cartagena hosted the event, which brings together the heads of state and government of the hemisphere.
