Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Receives Colombian Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today received the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Colombia, Juan Camilo Restrepo, who is on an official visit to the United States.
During the meeting, which was held at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C., the two discussed the progress made in the process undertaken by the Colombian government of restoring lands to those forced from their homes by the armed conflict in the country. Minister Restrepo explicitly thanked the Secretary General for all the support that the OAS has given to Colombia and promptly mentioned the role of the OAS Mission to Support the Peace Process (MAPP/OAS).
The Permanent Representative of Colombia to the OAS, Andrés González Díaz, and the OAS Secretary of Political Affairs, Kevin Casas-Zamora were also present at the meeting.
