Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with Foreign Minister of Panama

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), José Miguel Insulza, today held a bilateral meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Panama, Romulo Roux, within the framework of the 67th General Assembly of the United Nations being held in New York.
During the meeting, Secretary General Insulza and Foreign Minister Roux discussed the current situation in the region. The Panamanian Foreign Minister highlighted the role played by the Organization and Secretary General Insulza in recent events in Paraguay.
