Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

OAS Secretary General Meets with the President of Guatemala

The Secretary General of the Organization of American States, José Miguel Insulza, met Tuesday with the President of Guatemala, Otto Pérez Molina, within the framework of the 67th General Assembly of the United Nations, taking place in New York.
During the meeting, the leader of the Inter-American organization and the Guatemalan President discussed the current political context in the hemisphere, the security situation in the region, and the different strategies in combating drug trafficking and consumption in the Americas. They also discussed the conversations between Guatemala and Belize on their territorial dispute, talks that have the technical and political support of the OAS.
