Users who have registered for the Portal will be able to access information on petitions, cases and precautionary measures linked to their account and where they are listed as a petitioner. The Member State involved will only be able to access information on petitions, cases and precautionary measures that have been approved by the IACHR. Users will not be able to access the matters corresponding to other persons or Member States.
The information available includes the steps taken by the IACHR, the procedural stage, and correspondence sent to the parties by the IACHR after the implementation of the Portal.
The Portal is a tool for transmitting information and does not constitute a virtual folder. Documents sent by the users to the IACHR through the Portal are not available for download or display once uploaded by the user.
