Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Every year the GS/OAS publishes the annual operating plans for all areas of the Organization, used to aid in the formulation of the annual budget and as a way to provide follow-up on institutional mandates.

The logo of the OAS is composed of three visual elements: the symbol of the Organization, the logotype and the tagline. These elements must never be used separately. The main logo should be used for all publications of the Organization where space allows. The relationship between these elements is permanent and cannot be changed.
1. The symbol of the OAS is the seal with the name of the Organization and the flags of the member states. The language of the symbol is available in the four official languages of the Organization.
2. The logotype is the text with the name of the Organization written in the same language as that of the text of the seal.
3. The tagline
Font: The logotype must always be inscribed using the "DIN Regular" font.
Colors: The only colors allowed for the name of the Organization are white or black.
