ATTENTION: The IACHR informs that it is in the process of transitioning to a new internal document management system for petitions, cases, and precautionary measures. The new system is in the implementation and stabilization stage. We appreciate your understanding and patience for the inconveniences that this process may cause.
ATTENTION: IACHR staff continues to work mainly remotely. However, part of our staff is present in the Washington, D.C. office on Tuesdays. If you require assistance, we are available to assist you by phone and e-mail.

The IACHR serves users through three channels; e-mail, telephone, and in person assistance. The interaction with users facilitates the IACHR the exchange of relevant information related to its mechanisms, activities, and procedures, giving special attention to petitions, cases and precautionary measures.
