The CSJP Programme has four main components (i) strengthening community governance structures;  (ii) improving economic opportunities; (iii) providing restorative justice and violence prevention services, and (iv) undertaking public awareness and community mobilisation campaigns. 
Seus indicadores de impacto seriam os seguintes: 
• An average of a 10% reduction of murder and shootings in the 50 target communities by 2014.
• A 15 percentage point increase  of citizens in target communities that are satisfied with government service delivery. (base line survey to provide data and final targets).

• - CSJP should increase its focus on developing the capacity of local governance structures. - CSJP should place a stronger emphasis on community policing. - CSJP should develop an exit strategy for its interventions in communities and develop partnerships with other MDAs for sustainability.
