Reinsertion or rehabilitation of armed violence through mediation with armed groups.

The program employs several police officers and works with gangs to reduce violence between them and create opportunities to encourage members to stop engaging in criminal activity.

Program officers act as “violence interrupters” when an act of violence occurs in an effort to prevent subsequent acts of revenge.
