Welcome to the Rowe Fund’s contribution

The Rowe Fund program of the Organization of American States (OAS) was established in 1948 to help finance the studies of Latin American and Caribbean citizens in U.S. Universities. The program is part of the OAS agenda of supporting development while fostering cultural diversity, friendship, and communication among the people of the Americas.
