The host country has made advance room allocations for members of delegations and permanent observers in the official hotels. The host country will provide accommodations only for Foreign Ministers for the nights of June 4-7; other delegates are expected to fund their own expenses. Room reservations at the official hotels are to be made directly with the
Housing Bureau.
All room reservations, without exception, must be confirmed before May 1, 2005. After that date, advance reservations will be released and the
Office of the Administrative Director will not be responsible for reservations at the designated hotels.
Each delegation is responsible for settling room, business service, incidental and other charges directly with the hotel. The host country cannot incur any expenses or make payments on behalf of any delegation.
Upon check-in, each delegation will be required to confirm an account and arrange with the hotel for settlement. All accounts must be settled by payment in U.S. dollars, negotiable travelers checks or major credit card. Personal checks cannot be used to settle obligations unless prior arrangements are made with the hotel management.
