The programs that are presented next have been developed by Ministries and authorities of culture throughout the Americas. They comply with the criteria of technical soundness, sustainability and impact. Its most important characteristic is to have been offered voluntarily by the Ministries of culture and cultural authorities for them to be shared with others.
As a consequence, the information presented here is not a simple compilation of programs, but a catalogue of horizontal cooperation offers.
We are very thankful to those governments which have sent these programs and which have shown their will to share them, and we invite them to keep on offering programs for cooperation. We will keep on incorporating the programs that we receive in the Permanent Portfolio of Consolidated programs.
