Cultural PoliciesCultural policies encompass a wide range of directives that guide governments in their functions on the area of culture. Thus, compiling cultural policy profiles implies the collection of data on national legislation, strategic State and government plans and regulations from the Ministries and other Cultural authorities, among others. In order to collect all the data published on this section of the web site, we have asked all the countries in the region to send us their information on cultural policies. Ample space has been left so governments are free to select the information they consider is more relevant and/or useful. To date, we have received profiles from the following countries.
