Canadian Observatory of Culture

The Canadian Observatory is an initiative from the Department of Canadian Heritage, whose aim is to support the virtual strategy of culture. This observatory also promotes research which is related to cultural policy issues, it establishes links among the researchers, the creators of cultural policy and other professionals and it stimulates dialogue and informed decision making in the cultural area.
