We
will be grateful to receive prompt confirmation of the assistance of
your delegation -specifying its members via electronic means and/or
fax to the National Coordination. All the participants must properly identify themselves before the National Coordination via accreditation means. The registration for all the participants will be made through the attached document and must be sent no later than September 29th, 2003.
The participants will receive his/her identification in the reception
of the Hotel Margarita Hilton and Suites, beginning at 08:00 AM on Thursday,
the 9th of October. |
