The leaders of the IACML (troika and authorities of the Working Groups), representatives of COSATE and CEATAL, and key international organizations committed to the IACML  participated  on this Planning Meeting .  The  objectives of the meeting were to review the activities carried out in 2004, define the IACML calendar for 2005 and coordinate the IACML and the Summit of the Americas processes.
