DESCRIPTION:
OAS General Assembly and Inter-American Travel Congress Mandates
Work with small hotels in the Caribbean in quality management and joint marketing using ICT and online services. Coordinated by the Tourism Section.

CARICOM Tourism Infrastructure Disaster Preparedness Project (Preparedness for nature or man-made disasters in the tourism infrastructure in CARICOM.)

DESCRIPTION:
Possible expansion to include other countries from Latin America and the Caribbean in and Inter-American Program
OAS General Assembly and Inter-American Travel Congress Mandates. Work with national, Caribbean and Inter-American tourism industry, security and natural disaster organizations to reduce the impact and accelerate recovery from nature and man-made disasters affecting tourism infrastructure. Includes institutional coordination, Caribbean seminars and training. Coordinated by the Tourism Section.
