Consultative Committees
Meetings of the Consultative Committees
Frequency: the Consultative Committees meet, at
least, twice a year. The meetings are held previously to the meetings of
the Steering Committee.
Location: whenever possible, the meetings will
be held in a location within the Project area, out of San Jose and
Managua.
Call: the meetings are convened by the National Director in agreement with
the Technical Coordinator, and after informing the OSDE/OAS, with at least
two weeks in advance.
Documentation: the National Directors are
responsible for making any documentation available to the members of the
Consultative Committee, at least, two weeks in advance.
Minutes: at the end of every meeting, minutes
containing the recommendations and any other relevant information will be
prepared.
The National Director, with the assistance of the Technical Coordinator,
is responsible for distributing the minutes to the other National Director
and other members of the Steering Committee and Consultative Committee,
within a week after the end of the meeting.
Programs: the programs are prepared by the
National Directors with the assistance of their respective Technical
Coordinators.
