Project Management and SAP Formulation. Costa Rica and Nicaragua
Deriving
from the TDA, and building on the cost assessments and feasibility studies
to be conducted at specific locations within the SJRB, as described below,
the project team will oversee the project and facilitate development of a
SAP. The SAP will identify and outline specific actions to be taken for
the integrated and sustainable management of the SJRB. Integrated
management entails the coordinated management of land and water resources
at the local or community level within the context of the cumulative
impacts and effects of those actions on the basin as a whole, including
the coastal zone. |
