I. The Secretary General, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Articles 115 and 119 (a) of the Charter of the Organization of American States,

ORDERS THE FOLLOWING:

II. Paragraphs 2.a and 2.b of Executive Order No. 75-1 of July 7, 1975, as amended by Executive Order No. 75-13 of September 19, 1975, shall be amended to read as follows:

a. Under the Secretary General:

i. Department of Public Information.

ii. Protocol Office.

iii. Secretariat of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.

b. Under the Assistant Secretary General:

i. Department of Legal Affairs.

ii. Office of the Secretariat of the General Assembly, the Meeting of Consultation, and the Permanent Council.

iii. Office of Conference, Documents and Language Services.

iv. Secretariat of the Inter-American Commission of Women.

v. Museum of Modern Art of Latin America.

vi. Matters concerning relations with the Inter-American Specialized Organizations.

III. Executive Order No. 75-13 of September 19, 1975, is hereby repealed.

IV. This Executive Order shall enter into force as of this date.
