EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 76- 2
SUBJECT: CHANGES IN THE STAFF RULES

 

WHEREAS:

The General Assembly at its Sixth Regular Session approved a resolution by which it suspended the application of Article 17.b of the General Standards and instructed the Secretary General to suspend, also, any provisions of the Staff Rules that run counter to that action,

The Secretary General

ORDERS:

That application be suspended of Staff Rule 110. 6 (e) and the following paragraphs of that rule, of Staff Rule 110.4.b (ii) in the part that begins "Before terminating the services...." to the end of that subparagraph, and of Rule 104.2.e (ii), as well as of any other provision that may be contrary to the provisions of the aforementioned resolution of the General Assembly.

This Executive Order shall be appended to the Staff Rules that entered into force on July 1, 1975.

Until the corresponding pages have been reprinted and distributed these changes should be included in the existing copies in ink.

This order shall enter into force as of this date.
