AMENDMENT OF ARTICLE SEVEN OF THE INTER-AMERICAN  AMATEUR RADIO SERVICE CONVENTION "LIMA CONVENTION"  

Article 7.  This Convention shall remain open for signature and accesion at the General  Secretariat.  Member States of the OAS or of CITEL may become Parties to the Convention  by:

a) Signature not subject to ratification, acceptance or approval;

b) Signature subject to ratification, acceptance or approval followed by ratification, acceptance or approval, or

c) Accesion.
