In
fulfillment of the actions from the
Inter-American
Program of Cooperation to Fight Corruption, the Technical Secretariat of
the MESICIC has been developing a set of legal cooperation tools to support
states in implementing the Convention and improve the efficiency and
effectiveness of their national laws, policies and institutions related to the
fight against corruption.
These tools have been developed and classified according to
the topics considered and reviewed by the MESICIC within its rounds of review
and include the systematization of national laws, legislative guidelines and
model laws.
