OBSERVATIONS: This Convention extends the Treaty of Arbitration for Pecuniary Claims, signed at Mexico City in 1902 (A-1), with the exception of the third article which was eliminated, until  December 31, 1912.  It was superseded by the Convention of Buenos Aires, 1910 (A-17).
