Access to Information: Civil Society Participation
This section lists the national laws that were considered
within the framework of the
First Round to review the implementation of paragraph 11 of Article III
of the
Convention
in relation to the mechanisms to encourage participation by
civil society and nongovernmental organizations in efforts to prevent
corruption.
