The Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the Organization of American States (OAS) presents its compliments to the Secretariat for Legal Affairs of the OAS General Secretariat and attaches hereto the text of the Dominican Republic’s passive extradition procedure, as requested by the Secretariat in its note OEA/2.2/14-99 of April 14, 1999.
