Other criminal activities
"OTHER CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES" are those that are aimed, directly or indirectly, at obtaining illicit profits, including robbery. The homicide may be perpetrated in order to accomplish the original crime and/or avoid detection. Homicide does not represent the primary goal of the criminal act. This includes homicide related to robbery, and homicide perpetrated during the commission of another criminal offence, but does not include homicide related to organized criminal groups or gangs.
