Chaque année, le Secrétaire général de l’OEA publie un projet de Programme-budget pour l’année à venir. L’Assemblée générale se réunit en session extraordinaire pour approuver le Programme-budget. Vous trouverez ici ces rapports de 1998 à 2013.
Chaque année au mois d’avril, la Commission des vérificateurs extérieurs publie un rapport sur le bilan financier de l’année précédente. Vous trouverez ici les rapports de 1996 à 2016.
Environ six semaines après la fin de chaque semestre, l’OEA rend public un Rapport Semestriel de gestion des ressources et résultats qui comprend, depuis le début de 2013, des comptes rendus programmatiques. Vous trouverez ici les textes complets de ces rapports.
Vous trouverez ici des informations sur les ressources humaines de l’OEA, notamment sa structure institutionnelle, le personnel de chaque service de l’Organisation, les postes vacants, ainsi que les contrats de performance.
L’OEA exécute divers projets financés par des donateurs. Les rapports d’évaluation sont requis par les bailleurs de fonds. Vous pouvez consulter ces rapports ici.
L’Inspecteur général soumet au Secrétaire général des rapports sur les audits, enquêtes et inspections qu’il a effectués. Ces rapports sont mis à la disposition du Conseil permanent. Vous trouverez de plus amples informations ici.
L’OEA a discuté pendant plusieurs années la question de l’immobilier, du financement nécessaire pour l’entretien et les réparations, ainsi que l’entretien différé de ses bâtiments historiques. Le Secrétariat général a proposé plusieurs options pour les financer. Le document le plus récent, qui reflète l’état actuel de la Stratégie, est publié sous la cote CP/CAAP-3211/13 rev. 4.

Le trésorier de l'OEA certifie les états financiers de tous les fonds gérés ou administrés par le SG/OEA. Vous trouverez ici les derniers rapports financiers pour usage général concernant les principaux fonds de l'OEA, ainsi que les rapports financiers trimestriels (RFT) de l’Organisation.
Every year the GS/OAS publishes the annual operating plans for all areas of the Organization, used to aid in the formulation of the annual budget and as a way to provide follow-up on institutional mandates.
