Belo Horizonte, and dj Alexandre Moreno laughs off claims of a UN
award, the flashbacks start to four young friends-Moreno, techie

Moura and their dreams of starting an alternative voice for the
slums. Based on the true story of Radio Favela. Charismatic
performances by the mostly debuting cast, terrific photography and
music highlight this amazing change of pace from the director of

Cuando la policía cierra el cerco sobre una
estación de radio pirata en Belo Horizonte, y el "dj" Alexandre
