CARTA DEMOCRATICA INTERAMERICANA
Los ministros de relaciones exteriores del hemisferio
aprobaron hoy por aclamación la Carta Democrática
Interamericana, un nuevo instrumento destinado a
fortalecer los mecanismos de la Organización de los
Estados Americanos (OEA) para promover la democracia y
defenderla de todo tipo de amenazas.
