Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. Mission de l’OEA à Haïti: les élections marquent un pas en avant

Malgré quelques incidents
Port-au-Prince – La mission d’observation électorale de l’Organisation des états américains (OEA), qui était sur place pour observer le premier tour des élections législatives haïtiennes le 9 août dernier, a noté que, malgré quelques incidents violents, la plupart des centres de vote ont pu compléter normalement leurs opérations. Cela constitue un progrès important dans l’avancement de la démocratie haïtienne.
La mission d’observation électorale félicite le pays des caraïbes pour la tenue de ces élections et tient à souligner la participation de la grande majorité des forces politiques haïtiennes. La mission recommande la mise en place d’une campagne publique d’éducation civique afin de contribuer à l’augmentation du taux de participation.
Dans son rapport préliminaire, le chef de la mission d’observation électorale, Enrique Castillo, a également signalé la détermination du CEP à mener à terme ce processus électoral. Une seconde mission sera déployée dans le cadre du premier tour des élections présidentielles, en octobre.
"L'élection d'hier constitue un véritable pas en avant pour le renforcement de la démocratie haïtienne », a souligné le chef de mission." Le travail de la mission ne se termine pas ici », a ajouté l’ancien ministre des affaires étrangers du Costa Rica, qui a précisé que la mission assurera une présence continue au centre de tabulation, 24 heures sur 24 jusqu'à la fin de la période de tabulation.
la mission d’observation électorale de l’OEA était composée de 28 professionnels originaires de 12 pays. Les observateurs ont visité 171 centres de vote répartis dans tous les départements du pays.
