The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) decides to lift these precautionary measures in favor of María Tirsa Paz et al. in Colombia. At the time of making the decision, the Commission assessed the actions taken by the State within the framework of these measures, as well as the request made by the Stated to lift the measures, along with the observations from the representatives. The Commission understands that, based on the information available, at present, the situation does not meet the requirements of Article 25 of the Rules of Procedure.
