On September 28, 2020, the IACHR decided to lift these precautionary measures. Upon the State's request to lift the measures, the representatives expressed their agreement with the lifting of precautionary measures for all the beneficiaries except Rosa Días Gómez. However, when analyzing the situation of Ms. Días, the IACHR did not identify compliance with the procedural requirements.
