PM 302-15 - Adolescents deprived of their liberty at the Center for Socio-Educational Attention of Adolescents (CASA) Cedro, Brazil
The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) has decided to lift these precautionary measures in favor of the adolescents deprived of liberty at the Center for Socio-Educational Attention of Adolescents (CASA) Cedro in Brazil. At the time of making this decision, the Commission considered the change in circumstances, the suspension of activities since March 10, 2021, and the fact that there are no longer adolescents deprived of their liberty at the Center. Currently, since the procedural requirements are no longer being met, the IACHR has decided to lift these measures.
