PM 250-09 - José Alejandro Solalinde Guerra and Members of the “Hermanos en el Camino” Migrant Shelter of Ixtepec, Mexico
The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) decides to lift these precautionary measures in favor of José Alejandro Solalinde Guerra and members of the “Hermanos en el Camino” Migrant Shelter in Ixtepec, Oaxaca, Mexico. At the time of making the decision, the Commission assessed the actions taken by the State during their implementation. It was also noted that, regarding the main beneficiary, no information has been available that would support the identification of a situation presenting an imminent risk under Article 25 of its Rules of Procedure, since 2017. Consequently, the IACHR decided to lift the measures.
