Cada año el Secretario General de la OEA publica una Propuesta de Programa Presupuesto para el siguiente año calendario. La Asamblea General de la OEA se reúne en Sesión Extraordinaria y aprueba el Programa Presupuesto. Encuentre aquí esos documentos desde 1998 a 2013.
Cada año en abril la Junta de Auditores Externos publica un informe con los resultados financieros del año anterior. Encuentre aquí los informes de los años 1996-2016.
Aproximadamente seis semanas después del final de cada semestre, la OEA publica un Informe Semestral sobre Gestión de Recursos y Desempeño, que desde 2013 incluye informes sobre resultados programáticos. Los textos completos pueden encontrarse aquí.

La OEA ha discutido por varios años el tema de bienes inmuebles, el financiamiento requerido para mantenimiento y reparaciones, y el mantenimiento diferido de sus edificios históricos. La Secretaría General ha presentado una serie de propuestas con una variedad de opciones para financiarlos. El documento más reciente que refleja el estado de la Estrategia es CP/CAAP-32/13 rev. 4.

1. Student/Applicant’s profile: The scholarships are available to students in OAS member states, not older than 22 years old, who have good knowledge of the English language, mathematics and information technology and motivation to study in Macedonia.

Before applying for admission, we encourage applicants to read the program description, and ensure that the study area fulfills their expectations and interests.

For admission to the program, applicants must have completed High School Education OR Passed the High School State Examination OR Passed the International High School Examination.
Students are required to take the official diplomas for secondary / High school education with them to the Republic of Macedonia. The diplomas will be recognized upon arrival at UIST.

The OAS/UIST scholarship shall cover the following benefits:

Scholarship benefits are contingent upon the academic performance of the awardee. In order to receive these benefits, the awardee must maintain satisfactory academic performance; including maintaining a high level GPA and satisfactory level of attendance by not missing more than ten classes per course in one semester.
Proof of application to admission to an undergraduate program of UIST;
The student must not have received other academic scholarships from the OAS or from the UIST for the same level of studies and/or programs as requested in the 2014 OAS/UIST application;
Be citizens and/or permanent legal residents of any OAS member state;
OAS staff, individuals who maintain employment contracts with the OAS, staff of permanent missions to the OAS and their immediate relatives are not eligible to receive OAS/UIST scholarships;
No type of employment or commercial relationship shall be established between the OAS or UIST and the PAEC OAS/UIST scholarship recipients. Similarly, the OAS and UIST shall not assume any type of liability, whether civil, contractual or non-contractual, during the entire scholarship period.
