Youth Issues

The Organization of American States places great emphasis on youth of the Hemisphere. As a result, the OAS has undertaken several initiatives aimed at responding to the challenges encountered by youth in the Hemisphere, including research on issues affecting young people and programs aimed at responding to them.

In this section, you will find information, reports, statistics on issues of interest to youth in the Americas such as child rights, commercial sexual exploitation, drugs, crime and violence, education, employability and HIV/AIDS.
