“Ransomware: Challenges and International Cooperation”

This session, aimed at prosecutors, investigators, and public servants responsible for investigating, prosecuting, and punishing cybercriminals in Latin America and the Caribbean, will feature the participation of prosecutors from Brazil, Chile, and Mexico, who will share their experiences in investigating cases of ransomware in their respective countries. This session was organized by the Department of Legal Cooperation of the Secretariat for Legal Affairs of the OAS, in its role as Technical Secretariat of the REMJA..
