"Presentation of the Inter-American Juridical Committee´s Report on International Law and State Cyber Operations: Improving Transparency"

This session addressed the report adopted by the Inter-American Juridical Committee on August 2020 which provides parameters on the application of international law to cyberspace and outlines points of convergence and divergence in terms of how those international rules are understood in OAS member states, including their response to cyber threats.
