Model Laws

Model laws are cooperation tools whose provisions reflect the highest international standards in the subject matter that they address and are made available for States to utilize in drafting anticorruption laws.

Legislative Guidelines

Legislative guidelines are cooperation tools containing the basic elements that, according to the review carried out by the Committee and recommendations formulated, States should take into account when drafting laws on matters to which the Convention refers.

Indicators

The indicators are a non-binding guide or set of guidelines, which are made available to member states to use in whatever manner they deem useful, in accordance with their domestic rules and regulations.
