Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.

In April, 2021 by Verbal Note OAS/2.2/88/21, the Department of International Law invited Permanent Missions to consider the Contracts Guide and in particular, any references contained therein to domestic legislation, and to advise the Department of any updates that may be necessary. This was pursuant to General Assembly resolution AG/RES.2959 (L-O/20) “to keep [the Guide’s] contents current, in order to consolidate it as a tool at the service of Member States.
