Convocation to participate in the Nineteenth Meeting of Negotiations in the Quest for Points of Consensus


Dear representatives of the indigenous peoples of the Americas,

The Department of Social Inclusion of the Secretariat for Access to Rights and Equity of the Organization of American States presents its compliments on behalf of the Chair of the Working Group to Prepare the Draft American Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples and takes this opportunity to invite you to participate in the Nineteenth Meeting of Negotiations in the Quest for Points of Consensus, pursuant to operative paragraph 3 of General Assembly resolution AG/RES. 2867 (XLIV-O/14).

Convocation to participate in the Nineteenth Meeting of Negotiations in the Quest for Points of Consensus

The Meeting of Negotiations will take place at the OAS headquarters, in Washington, D.C., May 17 to 19, 2016.
