began the virtual refresher course on the
Inter-American Juridical System for the
Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Guatemala, which will last
five weeks, ending on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022.
This initiative is part of the Inter-American

The opening session was attended by the Vice
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala,
Ambassador Ava Atzum Arévalo, Ambassador Rita
Claverie, Permanent Representative of Guatemala
to the OAS, and Dr. Luis Toro Utillano, Senior
