Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Objectivo: Planificar, diseñar y ejecutar obras de protección fluvial con el fin de proveer seguridad y bienestar a los pobladores de Calle Naranjo en Higuito de San Miguel, Desamparados, contra la dinámica fluvial adversa del río Jorco.
Resultados Esperados:
Realizar el dragado en el río Jorco a la altura de Calle Naranjo a lo largo de una distancia de 250 m con el fin de mejorar el alineamiento del cauce
Realizar al menos 175 m3 de obras de protección fluvial por medio de la técnica de revestimientos en concreto
Realizar al menos 175 m3 de obras de confinamiento por medio de la técnica de llantiones
Garantizar que la ejecución de estas obras promueva la sostenibilidad ambiental, social y económica de la comunidad a ser intervenida
Garantizar que durante la ejecución de este proyecto se empleen materiales de desecho en una proporción no menor al 30 % del volumen total del proyecto.
Garantizar dentro de la participación de la comunidad una participación de las mujeres en al menos un 50 % de todos los actores involucrados.
Garantizar una participación activa de la comunidad beneficiada durante la promoción, discusión, ejecución y seguimiento del proyecto
