Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

Objectivo: reducir significativamente los costos
operativos de una organización no gubernamentales (ONG) de gran impacto
social mediante la implementación de medidas de eficiencia energética
y la instalación de un sistema fotovoltaico en las instalaciones de
la sede principal de la Asociación Dominicana de Rehabilitación (ADR)
reduciendo los gastos de abastecimiento eléctrico, permitiendo a la
organización utilizar el ahorro económico en actividades de ayuda social
y de esta manera continuar beneficiando a miles de usuarios a futuro.
Resultados Esperados:
Identificar las posibles medidas de eficiencia energética a
tomar en la sede central de la ADR mediante una auditoria energética
en las instalaciones
Reducción de consumo eléctrico de acuerdo a las medidas recomendadas
a traves de la auditoría energética realizada por la CNE
Reducción del consumo eléctrico debido a la generación del sistema
fotovoltaico de 30 kWp
ADR adoptará medidas de eficiencia energética similares a las
aplicadas en este proyecto en el resto de sus centros de atención
