Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

I Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Education
The I Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Education was held in Brasilia, Brazil, on July 20-21, 1998. As a result of this meeting, participating OAS member states agreed upon the adoption of an Inter-American Program on Education, in the framework of the Strategic Plan for Partnership for Development 1997-2001 and the Plan of Action agreed to by the leaders of the Hemisphere at the II Summit of the Americas, held in Chile.
