Each year the OAS Secretary General publishes a proposed Program-Budget for the coming calendar year. The OAS General Assembly meets in a Special Session to approve the Program-Budget. Find these documents from 1998-2013 here.
Each year in April, the OAS Board of External Auditors publishes a report covering the previous calendar year’s financial results. Reports covering 1996-2016 may be found here.
Approximately six weeks after the end of each semester, the OAS publishes a Semiannual Management and Performance Report, which since 2013 includes reporting on programmatic results. The full texts may be found here.

The OAS has discussed for several years the real estate issue, the funding required for maintenance and repairs, as well as the deferred maintenance of its historic buildings. The General Secretariat has provided a series of options for funding it. The most recent document, reflecting the current status of the Strategy, is CP/CAAP-3211/13 rev. 4.

Public Policies to Enhance the Competitiveness, Innovation and
Internationalization of MSMEs
The objective of the Dialogue is to exchange good practices and identify concrete opportunities for horizontal cooperation on policies and programs to support the competitiveness, innovation and internationalization of MSMEs. Vice ministers and permanent secretaries responsible for the portfolio of MSMEs and representatives of institutions with programs to support this sector participated in the Dialogue. The meeting concluded with the identification of elements of a Work Plan to promote the competitiveness, innovation and internationalization of MSMEs as part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
The Fifth Inter-American Dialogue of High-Level MSME Authorities was held on May 16 and 17, 2017 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. It was organized by the Department of Economic Development of The OAS and the Instituto Nacional del Emprendedor (INADEM) of the Secretaría de Economía of Mexico.
The International Network of Small and Medium Enterprises (INSME), an organization established within the framework of the OECD and based in Rome, joined the activities of the Dialogue on May 17 that was dedicated to the themes of innovation and the role of SMEs in global value chains.
The V Dialogue was held at the Convention Center of Puerto Vallarta.
