The Department of Social Development and Employment acts as Technical Secretariat of the Joint Working Group of the Permanent Council and CEPCIDI on the Draft Social Charter of the Americas, as well as the Working Group for the analysis of the national reports foreseen in the Protocol of San Salvador.
