Cooperation with Haiti

Program for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (USAID-OEA)

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), through the Department of Social Development and Employment of the Executive Secretariat for Integral Development (SEDI), has implementing the Program for the Protection of Vulnerable Groups, from April 30, 2009 to May 30, 2011.

The program's objective was to support the protection and integration of vulnerable groups, particularly women and persons with disabilities, through the development and promotion of effective and appropriate legislation, as well as and through specialized services of the Secretariat for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities in Haiti (SEIPH).
