The formerly Pan-American Union, later to be renamed the Organization of American States (OAS), decided in 1953 at an extraordinary session of the Permanent Council to establish four Offices away from Headquarters. Currently the OAS has 28 Offices operating in the Western Hemisphere.
Please be aware that the OAS
does not have Country Offices in all Member States. Only offices enlisted in the
Application Form could have interns in the upcoming session.
